It's not so much that the multiplier is decreasing, it's base getting alot stronger... So it's more about base catching up to SSJ moreso than Base multiplying less.. It's a hard concept to get, and most people get it wrong so I understand the issue with it... Not taking it to heart... But there are alot of issues with Dragonball that people just refuse to accept what is implied because of predetermined prejuidices... Plus the author doesn't do a good job of changing normal mentality clearly... He only hints at things not really straight up explains, when it would be needed in a confusing topic like this... So for example... Lets say Goku right... Base 3 mil SSJ 150 mil.. Then Goku trains and trains under normal situation... He is doing regular training he always does... Get a big increase but not earth shattering increase... Base 5.2 mil SSJ 260mil That would be the Androids saga... But Goku and Co. realize that normal training is just not going to cut it against these strong ***** fighters... So they have to look to surpass the SSJ not just get stronger under normal conditiions.. This " Surpassing the SSJ " is where everything starts going haywire for the multiplier.... It is an advanced type of training... Completely different from anything they have ever done before .... Base 1billion MSSJ 5 billion MSSJ training causes a sick reaction for base... It causes base to get super strong... Why? IMO it does to account for new forms that become avaliable... Base can only support such an increase... 1,000x increase is too much for just a base saiyan... So Base catches up to SSJ to deal with the possibility of you unlokcing SSJ2, and SSJ3... I have SSJ as a 5x SSJ2 as 3x and SSJ3 as 4 times... Making Base - SSJ3 a 60x boost... Which is over 50x boost... Which is why Goku has such a hard time controlling it because it's over the 50x boost which is the max a saiyain can do in SSJ form(s) and have control over the form... SSJ3 is just too big of a boost and can't be controlled... Similar to USSJ2, it's just too big of a boost... Making it not a good form,... Jesus I ended up ranting sorry I didn't stick to the facts as much... So hopefully you got the point... See how SSJ boost is so big that having a small multipier means nothing... It's more than MSSJ is divided by 5 to equal BAse then for base to x by 5 to get MSSJ.. You know what I mean? MSSJ determines your base.. Normally your base determines your SSJ... Alot of that is speculative but hopefully you can see where my mind is with that...

But even they have made mistakes when perdicting power levels of the saiyans. There is no way base gotenks is as strong as ssj3 goku. I would put him as strong as kid gohan was when he fought cell as a ssj2, maybe a little bit weaker but still stronger than cell. he is strong enough to fight buu and escape him aswell

There are certain issues that seem very complicated to explain under my theories... But trust me I have done my best to fit everything perfectly from every single thing from the Saiyan Saga to the Buu Saga... It's tough because everyone has their own POV but not many people have a complete correlating theory of the entire manga... Sometimes the issues are more complex like this one but I feel if people actually take what others are saying seriously we can progress... So many of us are stuck on such silly things it's seriously annoying... No one is saying you have to agree with me... But trust me Im not here to be all high and mighty... I have legit studied this crap without and prejudice...If allowed to explain my theories I feel most can understand why I went the way I did and in the best possible route... I enjoy explaining my theories but I hate when people act like Im an idiot and they know everything... But that is commonplace in the DBZ world... Anyway... Have I explained how I think fusion multipliers work based on that? Since there should some sort of correlation between Fusion/Unfusion transformations.. You know? It shouldn't just be random.. Nothing should be randomm..
